Die aktuelle Regierungspartei PiS mit ihrem Vorsitzenden Jarosław Kaczyński habe schon oft polnisches Recht gebrochen. Sie wolle mit allen Mitteln eine Niederlage verhindern und wäre dafür auch bereit, "einen Machtwechsel zu manipulieren". Sollte die PiS bei der Wahl die Mehrheit verfehlen, würde sie versuchen, Abgeordnete anderer Parteien für sich zu gewinnen und zu bestechen. "Dabei sind sie sehr effizient. Sie wissen, wie so etwas geht", so Sierakowski.
Die Popularität Kaczyńskis und seiner Partei führt der Gründer von »Krytyka Polityczna«, eines Kulturzentrums und Verlages, auf die Sozialprogramme der Regierung zurück.
