Die illegalen Einreise von Flüchtlingen über Luxembourg hat sich verdoppelt

Das geht nach einem Bericht der Düsseldorfer "Rheinischen Post" (Dienstag) aus einer Statistik der Bundespolizei für die ersten drei Quartale dieses Jahres hervor.

 

Danach fasste die Bundespolizei im Durchschnitt pro Tag 110 illegal eingereiste Ausländer im grenznahen Raum oder bei der Kontrolle in Flug- und Seehäfen. Insgesamt ging die Zahl im Vergleich zum Vorjahreszeitraum von 31.442 auf 29.774 zurück. Steigende Zahlen gab es jedoch bei der Einreise über Flughäfen (von 7.531 auf 8.227) über Tschechien (von 3.109 auf 3.154) über Luxemburg (von 177 auf 346) und über die Niederlande (von 1.096 auf 1.277). Die Hauptherkunftsländer waren weiterhin Afghanistan und Nigeria. Syrien folgte erstmals erst auf Platz sechs. pm, ots

The number of illegal entries recorded by the Federal Police has almost doubled within one year from Luxembourg and increased by 16.5 per cent from the Netherlands. According to a report by the Düsseldorf-based "Rheinische Post" (Tuesday), this is the result of statistics from the Federal Police for the first three quarters of this year.

 

According to the statistics, the Federal Police caught an average of 110 illegal foreigners per day in the border area or during checks at airports and seaports. Overall, the number fell from 31,442 in the same period of the previous year to 29,774. However, the number of entries via airports increased (from 7,531 to 8,227), via the Czech Republic (from 3,109 to 3,154), via Luxembourg (from 177 to 346) and via the Netherlands (from 1,096 to 1,277).
