Hinzu sei gekommen, dass in den Niederlanden zunächst das Klinikpersonal kaum getestet worden sei. Die Krankenhäuser seien vielerorts zu "Turbinen der Epidemie" geworden. Die Folge: bei etwa gleicher Einwohnerzahl zählen die Niederlande Stand etwa viermal so viele Corona-Tote wie NRW.
