In dem Papier, das der in Düsseldorfer "Rheinischen Post" vorliegt, heißt es: "Die Fußball-Bundesliga hat ein erkennbares Interesse an der Fortsetzung ihres Spielbetriebes auch unter Ausschluss anwesender Zuschauerinnen und Zuschauer im Stadion (sogenannte Geisterspiele).
Die SMK hält die Fortsetzung des Spielbetriebes und mithin die Begrenzung des ansonsten entstehenden wirtschaftlichen Schadens in der 1. und 2. Fußballbundesliga für die dort startberechtigten 36 Vereine auf deren Kosten ab Mitte/Ende Mai für vertretbar. Soweit sich die Konzepte bewährt haben und eine entsprechende Wirtschaftlichkeit für die betroffenen Vereine gegeben ist, kann dies mit einer zeitlichen Verzögerung auf die Frauen-Bundesliga und den DFB Pokal ausgeweitet werden."
Trainingsbetrieb im Freizeitsport schrittweise erlauben
Auch der Sport- und Trainingsbetrieb im Breitensport soll schrittweise wieder erlaubt werden. Es geht nur um Angebote, die an der frischen Luft im öffentlichen Raum oder auf öffentlichen oder privaten Freiluftsportanlagen stattfinden. Es muss unter anderem gewährleistet sein, dass das Sportangebot kontaktfrei durchgeführt wird, die Hygiene- und Desinfektionsmaßnahmen, insbesondere bei der gemeinsamen Nutzung von Sportgeräten, konsequent eingehalten werden.
