Die Täter kamen sowohl aus dem rechten wie auch linken Spektrum. Dazu zählten vor allem Angriffe gegen den Staat und öffentliche Einrichtungen (Landfriedens-bruch), aber auch Übergriffe gegen Polizisten (Widerstand und Körperverletzung).
Das geht aus der Antwort der Bundesre-gierung auf eine Anfrage der Linken hervor, die der "Neuen Osnabrücker Zeitung" (NOZ) vorliegt. Einen Überblick mit aufgeschlüsselten Zahlen über die Gewalt, die von den Anti-Corona-Protesten der "Querdenken"-Bewegung ausgeht, hat das BKA laut Bundesregierung aber nicht. Für die von Verfassungsschützern beobachtete zunehmende Radikalisierung der Bewegung kann die Bundesregierung keine Daten-Belege liefern. Grund ist eine Besonderheit der Statistik, weil es zum konkreten Thema Protest gegen staatliche Corona-Eindämmungsmaßnahmen "keine bundesweite Begrifflichkeit gibt, die (...) bundeseinheitlich gemeldet werden könnte", schreibt das Ministerium.
Fälle nur mit dem Begriff "Corona" vermerkt
In der Statistik im "Kriminalpolizeilichen Meldedienst Politisch motivierte Kriminalität" (KPMD-PMK) würden Fälle nur mit dem Begriff "Corona" vermerkt - und dann dem Feld "links", "rechts" und "nicht zuzuordnen" zugeordnet. Somit fallen zum Beispiel Taten aus der "Querdenken"-Bewegung und von Kritikern der Corona-Eindämmungsmaßnahmen genauso in diese Kategorie wie etwa die Taten von linken Gegendemonstranten, die gegen die Veranstaltungen von "Querdenken" auf die Straße gehen.
Vom Phänomen Querdenker überfordert
Die Linke-Innenexpertin Ulla Jelpke, die die Anfrage gestellt hatte, kritisierte gegenüber der "NOZ": "So wie die Bundesregierung bei ihrer Antwort rumeiert, scheint sie vom Phänomen der sogenannten Querdenker schlicht überfordert zu sein."
297 Gewaltstraftaten erfasst
Wie aus der Antwort der Bundesregierung hervorgeht, hat das BKA rund um das Thema Corona-Pandemie von Anfang März bis Ende November bundesweit 297 Gewaltstraftaten erfasst. Der größte Teil der politisch motivierten Täter, nämlich 160, wurden dabei nach Angaben der Bundesregierung dem linken Spektrum zugeordnet. 48 Taten wurden von Tätern aus dem rechten Spektrum verübt, 89 waren keinem der beiden Bereiche zuzuordnen. Darunter fielen ein versuchtes Tötungsdelikt, 82 Körperverletzungen, drei Sprengstoffdelikte, 136 Fälle von Landfriedensbruch und 65 Widerstandsdelikte. With reference to the Corona pandemic, the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) has recorded almost 300 politically motivated violent crimes nationwide since March. The perpetrators came from both the right-wing and left-wing spectrum. They mainly included attacks against the state and public institutions (breach of the peace), but also assaults against police officers (resistance and bodily harm).
This is the result of the answer of the federal government to a question of the Left Party, which is available to the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung (NOZ). According to the federal government, the BKA does not have an overview of the violence caused by the anti-Corona protests of the "Querdenken" movement. The federal government cannot provide any data on the increasing radicalisation of the movement observed by constitutional protectors. In the statistics in the "Criminal Police Reporting Service Politically Motivated Crime" (KPMD-PMK), cases are only recorded with the term "Corona" - and then assigned to the fields "left", "right" and "not to be assigned".
