Bei 34 Prozent der Unternehmen war die Lage in den ersten Monaten des Jahres noch unklar. Vor allem Großunternehmen mit über 500 Beschäftigten bauen Personal auf: Das antworten dort 65 Prozent der Personalverantwortlichen. Zurückhaltend sind kleine Unternehmen unter 50 Beschäftigten: Nur 29 Prozent planen neue Jobs, 33 Prozent sagen, bei ihnen entstehe keine neue Beschäftigung.
In rund 20 Prozent der Firmen fallen stellen weg
Umgekehrt werden den Befragten zufolge insgesamt nur in 17 Prozent der Firmen Stellen wegfallen, 44 Prozent streichen keine Jobs, bei einem Anteil von 40 Prozent war dies zum Jahresbeginn nicht absehbar. Bei Unternehmen über 500 Beschäftigten melden 40 Prozent wegfallende Stellen, 38 Prozent berichten, dass es keinen Stellenabbau geben wird. German companies are more likely to create jobs than cut them this year. This is the result of the Randstad-Ifo personnel manager survey. According to the survey, 36 percent of companies will create new jobs, while 29 percent will not.
