Nach dem turbulenten Klassiker zwischen Borussia Dortmund und dem FC Bayern am vergangenen Wochenende steht nun bereits der 15. Spieltag der Fußball-Bundesliga an.
Der Super Samstag ist von spannenden Duellen geprägt. So kommt es in Bochum zum kleinen Revierderby, wenn der Nachbar aus Dortmund im Vonovia Ruhrstadion aufläuft. In Abwesenheit von Schalke 04 muss die Bundesliga somit nicht ganz auf ein Derby im Ruhrpott verzichten. Der FC Bayern spielt zur selben Zeit am Samstagnachmittag gegen Mainz 05 und will nach dem 3:2-Erfolg im Klassiker sowie dem souveränen Sieg über den FC Barcelona in der Champions League die nächsten drei Punkte einfahren. Auf Joshua Kimmich werden die Bayern wohl bis Ende des Jahres verzichten müssen. Nach überstandener Corona-Qurantäne fällt jetzt wegen leichter Lungenprobleme bis Ende des Jahres aus.
Jetzt muss Wolfsburg wieder liefern
Der Pay-TV-Sender Sky überträgt ab 14 Uhr den kompletten Bundesliga-Samstag. Unter anderem trifft RB Leipzig dann auf Borussia Mönchengladbach und der SC Freiburg empfängt die TSG aus Hoffenheim. Darüber hinaus kommt es am Samstag noch zur Partie zwischen Hertha BSC und Arminia Bielefeld. Direkt im Anschluss steht im "tipico Topspiel der Woche" das Duell zwischen dem VfL Wolfsburg und dem VfB Stuttgart an. Die Elf von Trainer Florian Kohfeldt konnte aus den vergangenen drei Ligaspielen keinen Sieg einfahren, hinzu kam die Niederlage gegen Lille und das damit verbundene Ausscheiden in der Champions League.
Hart umgekämpfte Partie wird erwartet
Gegen die Stuttgarter muss ein Sieg her, da dem VfL sonst eine recht ungemütliche Weihnachtszeit droht. Ähnliches gilt für den VfB Stuttgart, der sich nach dem Unentschieden gegen Hertha BSC weiterhin in der Abstiegszone befindet. Lediglich ein Punkt trennt die Schwaben vom Relegationsplatz. Es ist mit einer hart umkämpften Partie zu rechnen.
Die Spiele am Freitag und Sonntag
Bereits morgen Abend empfängt der 1. FC Köln den FC Augsburg. Am Sonntag ist dann bei den bisher sieglosen Greuthern aus Fürth Union Berlin zu Gast. Und die Frankfurter Eintracht hat eben am Sonntag Bayer Leverkusen zu Gast.
